"We come to Bemidji every year to attend our college get together with our wives accompanying us. This was the best home we’ve enjoyed in the 34 years we’ve been doing this trip. Everything from communication to cleanliness of the property was as advertised and better and we loved the 12-person hot tub. "Came up to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The place was great for our big family. Plenty of space for us to stretch out and have space. Spent most the time in family room area playing games and eating! The kitchen was so perfect and well stocked. We went for a walk in the woods behind us and it was beautiful. We saw deer and wild turkeys. It was such a treat!! Thank you for such a great experience!"

"We loved our stay at White Birch Properties. It has been a couple of years since we have been on vacation, due to the economy, so we took a chance. The cottage was perfect for our family of 8. The kids had lots of room to play on the grounds, lake and creek and felt easy and safe the entire stay. The house was equipped and decorated with everything we needed or wanted. We felt like we had our own privacy next to the river and woods. The staff are excellent hosts!"

"Country comfort with top self amenities near by, full kitchen if you choose to eat in or great resturants in the area. Comfy couch and loveseat in living area, and rural water supply which is great for the minnows and leaches. It was nice to have washer and dryer available able. Plenty of parking for boats and trailers. We would rent again!"
