It was an awesome choice for the price and I was located in the middle of everything which was great. The only downside was the elevator broke the first day we were there and we had to climb four fights to our room

All the rooms do not have AC it was so hot all they provide is a fan. Parking was awful about a block and half way you got to walk around with your luggage and go up a few flights of stairs. Would not recommend find one with at least AC

The property has the best location. It is one of the older hotels but very clean. Staff very helpful.

Parking 2 blocks away had to walk to the hotel with my luggage no help at all bring suitcases up the stairs to the lobby no hot water and in Sunday they have a live entertainment until 12:30 pm super laud never staying there again

Location is perfect, great customer service, nice view from balcony. The only inconvenience is that their is no on site parking. Don’t let the exterior appearance through you off, the inside is pretty.

Front desk personal during the evening was rude, insensitive and extremely unprofessional! He argued with us and raised his voice at us instead of being professional about a very simple misunderstanding. He also monitored who came in and out of the room and who spent the night. The bed frame was broken and the electrical outlets were literally coming out of the wall. There was little to no light. Parking was off site. I will never stay here again.

Its a nice Hotel, it needs a bit of upgrades, rooms are clean, but it seems old and worn out, is located in a busy street, it does not have access to park your car and check-in, you ether drop your baggage around the corner or park in the parking structure two blocks away from the hotel and carry your bags to the second story where the lobby is located, I reserved a single room, when I got there they told me they had no rooms left, so they offered a double room and try to charge the extra cost, but finally agree to just give it to me for the same price, the room was in the 4th floor, and for me was not and issue, but some people may not find it uncomfortable since they have live entertainment on weekends in the 5th floor, you can hear the music and people steps, staff was nice and friendly, its a good hotel for the price and its right across the street from the main plaza.
