This recently remodeled retro 70's home offers many amenities including a flush toilet, grid electricity, city water, a full kitchen and a shower.
This house is a part of Terlingua history. There have been recent major upgrades throughout the structure, however the majority of the construction on this home took place in the 1970's. We hope you enjoy the vintage decor and the historic charm this home has to offer.

The local grocery store is located just steps away. This home is fully on the electric and utility grid, boasting many features not available elsewhere in Terlingua, including a 50'' HDTV.
There is a grill with propane provided, and there is a fire pit, however you will have to purchase firewood at the grocery store across the street.
The house has a 12 cup drip coffee machine and coffee is provided.
Limited personal hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash) are provided.

The Cottonwood grocery store is just across the road and offers just about anything you may need. The only gas station in town is just one mile North on 118 from us. You may enjoy dining out at one of our great restaurants or bars located just a few miles west into the ghost town. Interested in going on a guided horseback ride with a cowboy/girl? Big Bend Stable is a mile north of us on highway 118.
Be prepared and have your driving directions printed out or screen saved before your arrival because cell signal does not span the whole area and if you do not have your directions laid out you may find yourself in a black out area with some confusion.
