Our units are dislocated in a 18th Century Villa and in the ancient "casale" (old farmhouse), which are fully restored according to the typical Tuscan style. The property offer a quiet place to rest and enjoy one's holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The Cottage is located in the property of the Fattoria Della Nave's botanical park (1857). Set in idyllic surroundings in the Tuscan countryside between Arezzo and Florence, is the perfect destination for complete relaxation and privacy.The cottage is detached from the farmhouse, with a private veranda covered with beautiful wisterias. The unit is self catered with kitchen and dining area and indoor sitting area. The bedrooms (one double and one twin) have a splendid view on the hills and the vineyards and can guarantee a restful stay. Any damage to the property or its contents will be covered with security deposit;If after check out the property is left in critical conditions, or if the house keepers/cleaners will identify and report a difficult or especially dirty premises during the final cleaning, an extra cleaning fee will be charged from the security deposit (16€/ extra hour).
