Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

We warmly welcome dogs to our home, and there is an additional pet fee of $300 per pet and that must be settled prior to check-in. Dogs must be in a crate when left alone in the house. No cats allowed
Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, back, and side yard, and at the doorbell for the safety of owner's belongings.
In summer, consider bringing your own bug spray if sensitive to mosquitoes. They come despite the pest control depending upon the season.
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.
Please be advised that only toilet paper should be flushed in the toilet. Items such as flushable wipes, feminine products, or diapers should not be flushed due to the sensitive nature of the plumbing system. Please dispose of such items in the trash. In the event that a clog is discovered during or after your departure, a charge of $300 - $1000 will be assessed to cover the necessary repairs.
