"Exceptional service by staff. The bar and bistro area was fabulous. Close to all venues. One of the best hotel stays so far. Pool was excellent. You couldn’t find a better hotel if you tried. This hotel ticks every single box."

"It is walking distance to the Terrigal Crown Plaza, dining and the beach. We stayed in the 1 bedroom the bed was really comfy and aircon worked well, the room came with tea, coffee, cereal, juice and milk. We weren't greeted by staff, they text you a code with instructions to get your keys from the lock box. I would be happy to stay here again."

"We had a great weekend stay. Studio was spacious and had everything we needed. Not overly crowded by the pool with plenty of space for everyone. Great little cafe and playground across the street and not a far walk to the pub for a feed. Overall would recommend. "

"This property is pure bliss from the furnishings to the location there is nothing to fault there is on street parking right outside the property. The kitchen is fully equipped for those that wish to do their own cooking, the property has a lovely outdoor covered veranda for enjoying your breakfast or a leisurely afternoon sundowners. The unit is air-conditioned for those hot or cold nights there is also has a ceiling fan in the bedroom if it gets a little steamy. The host Michael greeted us...

"When your family doesn't live close it is great to catch up with everyone. This property was perfect for 3 families with plenty of room to move around.. 5 king bedrooms but beds can be split to singles if required. Clean and tidy and our host Micah was a delight to deal with."

"The size of the veranda is fantastic for a group of 8 adults who love laying out in the sun. The view is amazing and the main bedroom and ensuite are very generous in size. However we were not impressed with the fold out sofa bed or roll away bed. They were both very uncomfortable and also incredibly dirty. The entire unit was very dirty in particular the lounge are and veranda. I have stayed at Star of the Sea on many occasions and this unit was not up to their usual standard."
