"We really enjoyed our stay at Sunprime. Loved ground floor room around pool although it was very shaded by trees. End of season so very quiet and pool bar closed. Quite alot of maintenance noise in the morning. Cleaner knocked too early at 9am. Bed very comfortable. Was woken up in the middle of night by a bright sensor light shining in the room and howling cries outside by the pool which appeared to be people praying very loudly. "The location is lovely, and why I chose the hotel, quiet and overlooking the river. Staff welcome and friendliness was not present. Room nice and overlooking river, but only a light cotton bedspread and no sheet, no spare blanket in the closet. When I checked out I had to remind them that I needed to pay, he gave me a conversion of the Euro cost and I paid by card. "Fantastic hotel ,I cannot fault it . The staff are friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The rooms are luxurious modern and clean. The food is extremely good plentiful and varied. The international restaurant and Sandals are of a very high standard. I have stayed in many hotels in Turkey and the Barut Hemera is the best . "

"This was a wonderful three day stay for me and my friend. The staff were all so kind and helpful, the location was perfect, literally a 30 second walk away from the private beach, which was also staffed by a lovely gentlemen who checked on us frequently, cracked jokes and you can also order drink to the beach too. Plenty of dining options surrounding you and Club Karma was a 15min walk away if that’s your vibe, a fantastic outside club. 15min walk away from the old town and harbour where we took a $5 1hr boat trip, absolute bargain. You can also walk to the Apollon Temple which was beautiful. No need to book a tour as it’s free to see the temple and take pictures. Honestly I will definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel and location."

"This hotel says it is a 4* but it is not to any UK standard. On the plus side - it is quite new and the rooms were very clean and modern and the bus service to the beach is also good. It's a 30 minute walk into Side or 20 minutes to the beach. The pool was nice and clean (but cold) However, there were never enough sunbeds or tables and chairs. All inclusive only covers limited drinks and apart from beer these were quite poor. The food sadly, was not so good. Lots of choice but cooked and left out without heat and they got cold quickly. We did not have a warm meal. The outside BBQ was better but unless you got it as it was cooked it was soon cold. Entertainment was provided on 2 nights but again nowhere to sit and extremely noisy until late. Many rooms overlook the stage and sleep was impossible on those nights. The beach bar closed at 5pm for some reason. Pool towels were given one per day but could not be changed even if wet. The staff tried to keep it nice and it was spotlessly clean but really not a luxury hotel. "
