The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
This modern, well-furnished villa enjoys a relaxing location near Moraira resort. With only 5 Min. walk from the beach “La Ampolla”, a large variety of bars and restaurants located right at the beachfront of Moraira and a nearby golf course will offer you a perfect holiday experience. The villa presents an outdoor space with a private swimming pool, sun patios and an outdoor dining area with BBQ, all surrounded by traditional Mediterranean trees giving a pleasant level of privacy.
The entire accommodation is in the upper level. Following just a few stairs towards the entrance. We find a large lounge/dining area fully equipped with an A/C unit + Sat TV + DVD and a cozy fireplace to make you feel like at home both in summer and in winter.
We find a fitted modern kitchen fully equipped, followed by two twin bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. Our lounge leads to a nice balcony with an outside dining table, from here steps up to a sunroof to enjoy a beautiful view at the night sky. The proximity to the beach and its nice outdoor area makes it a marvelous family retreat.
