THE VILLA
Villa Zamora is an ‘upside down’ villa with living spaces on the top floor to make the most of the views, and sleeping areas on the bottom. Both levels have instant access to the pool and terraces.

You enter the grounds via a large wooden electric gate, up a drive whose length accommodates at least 4 cars.

The villa entrance takes you into a large split level hall which leads you up a short flight of stairs into the very spacious open plan living space where you find a large fully fitted well equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and, further in, a spacious lounge area with 2 large sofas, wood burner (winter and spring use only) and wall mounted 55" smart TV (with access to Netflix/Amazon Prime and IPTV with many movies and international channels).

Each living area has access to generous terraces; the lounge area leads to a large dining terrace with gas BBQ and steps down to the spacious pool terrace, the dining area has large sliding doors onto a lovely covered west facing 'naya' terrace, and the kitchen terrace at the rear of the property also leads down to the garden.

From the kitchen, through an open arch, you are led to the guest w/c and a convenient external door for access to/from the pool terrace. Here you also find the internal stairs leading down to the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom.

The family bathroom has a generous full sized enamel bath tub, shower over, w/c and basin. The two master en-suite bedrooms house hot/cold air-conditioning, generous wardrobes, one with separate dressing area. One en-suite has double basins, w/c, bidet and spacious rain shower, the other a w/c, basin and spacious rain shower.

Both master bedrooms have large sliding doors to covered terraces with seating, and direct access to the manicured garden and heated pool.

The third bedroom is a twin room, in the original rounded area of the villa. This room is comfortably equipped with two single beds, hot/cold air-conditioning, wardrobe, drawers, beautiful arched windows and access to a covered terrace, garden and pool area.

THE GARDEN & POOL
Within the 1100m2 secure plot you have a thoughtfully landscaped, well maintained mature garden with numerous olive trees, almond trees, carob trees, a ‘strawberry tree’ (Arbutus unedo), oleanders, estrelicias (bird of paradise) and a small, split level fish pond with a trickling waterfall.
The 8x4 meter heated pool (heating optional at an extra charge) with roman steps boasts a generous sun drenched terrace with plenty of sun beds, parasols and a poolside shower.

The villa is situated and built to fully enjoy the open south westerly views, afternoon sun and stunning sun sets over the hills beyond.

A 5 minute drive takes you into the town centre and beach, or if you wish to go on foot it will take 25 minutes.

WHAT'S WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE?
Just a 5 minute walk away you will find:
*A small but very well stocked supermarket, and on Sundays, a fish stand.
*Two bars/cafes
*Restaurant/Bar 'Hill Top' which offers music, food and entertainment ~ and also has a pool!
*Car rental 'CarOnline' (who can also arrange airport drop off/pick up of rental cars)
*Two hairdressers
20 minutes walk away you can reach 'Gastrobar 21' - a popular bar/restaurant with a wonderful ambiance, garden/terrace and a great menu.

THE TOWN
Moraira is a beautiful, upmarket, coastal town with a popular marina. Originally a fishing village, Moraira is proud of its roots and still has around 5 fishing boats in operation and a regular fish market. Strict planning regulations have prevented high rise buildings, therefore it is a largely unspoilt town soaked in history yet offers many restaurants, bars, boutiques and, as many good Spanish towns have, a weekly market (Friday).

The family friendly, well groomed green flag sandy beach has a well run bar-restaurant-cocktail bar, climbing apparatus and volleyball net. Families particularly enjoy rock-pooling at one end while the mature older visitors enjoy the provided sun beds and parasols along the front. Further up and down the coast you find other beautiful coves, beaches, and beachfront restaurants with fantastic original Spanish cuisine.

The equivalent of one bottle of gas is included in your rental price. Due to the optional heated pool and air conditioning we regretfully cannot include electricity bills, however the rental price is generous. We arrange for meters to be read and charge only for use, at the suppliers rate.

Such a gorgeous Villa with everything you can think of. Every comfort you can wish for inside with thoughtful supplies of beer, wine, water & fresh milk on our arrival, which were greatly appreciated. Amazing villa, in a little bit of paradise
Villa Zamora did not disappoint! It's beautifully fitted out, with all home comforts. Spotlessly clean, we loved it! The jewel in the crown is the stunning landscaped gardens and wonderful trees. The photos do not do it justice. My husband made good use of the hammock and we all spent many hours relaxing by the pool.

Just retuned from a one week stay at Villa Zamora. This is a stunning villa in every way! Spotlessly clean throughout and is extremely well equipped. The rooms are all so spacious … even larger than they appear on the photos! The pool area is a wonderful place to relax. Large pool and plenty of shade. Lovely upstairs outdoor dining table with amazing views. The area is incredibly quiet - just what you need for a good nights sleep! Communication with Nikki before we arrived was excellent and clear instructions were given in regards to accessing the villa etc. We were greeted by the villa manager Stuart - what a brilliant guy! So pleasant and helpful. Very responsive when we needed help with a small issue. We are already considering returning next year as Villa Zamora ticked all the boxes for us and we are missing it already ! Thank you Nikki & Stuart.

Excellent property, we were a party of 6 three sisters with husbands (of a certain age!…we each couple having own bedroom and bathroom was perfect! Lovely pool with plenty of space. A perfect stay!
The property was perfect and everything had been thought of. It was spotless, modern, very well looked after, spacious, lovely grounds with mature trees and a great size pool. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend and stay again. The beach was just a few minutes drive and a supermarket is just a few minutes walk around the corner. Communication before and during the stay with Stuart and Nikki was excellent and had there been any kind of problem during our stay (which there wasn’t) I know they would have been on hand to assist and nothing would have been too much trouble. Want to be back there!

I defy you not to enjoy your time here.
Spacious, spotlessly clean, fantastic facilities. Great location. Everything you need for a great family holiday. We stayed in Nikki's villa during August and it couldn't have been better. Stuart (their local manager) made sure we had everything we needed, including some recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. The villa is spotless and the pool a really good size (10 x 4m I think). It's so private and not overlooked, and although the villa is located in a largely residential area, it's only a 5min drive into Moraira (which we loved). A very pretty coastal town, smaller than Denia, and much nicer than any other towns on the Costa Blanca. (IMHO) The TV is able to pick up many UK channels and films, and the addition of outdoor table tennis and a pool table kept the kids entertained. It's an 'upside down' villa, and eating on the terrace every night, watching the sun go down, or looking over the garden ... was picture perfect perfection. Likewise, throwing open the curtains and stepping out for a morning dip was sheer luxury. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this accomodation.

The villa is fantastic - spotlessly clean, wonderfully equipped, and in a lovely peaceful location (although you do really need a car to get about). The pool and garden area are great - a lovely size for our family of 4 and plenty of shade when it gets too hot. The beds were so comfy and the a/c made for a super nights sleep. The town of Moraira is also beautiful, with a lovely beach and lots of great shops, bars and restaurants to choose from. All in all a perfect holiday location and would highly recommend villa Zamora. Nikki the owner, and Stuart the property manager were also super helpful and provided all the information we needed to help us make the most of our two weeks. Thank you both so much!

So, five of us stayed here for a week. First the negatives (few and far between I may add!) .... We did not receive any welcome pack. When we arrived, there were two bottles of sparkling wine left for us in the fridge which was a nice gesture, however I do not drink alcohol, and we probably would have appreciated some water and milk to make a cup of tea , and a packet of biscuits more I think . We did find a couple of dirty forks and plates that seemed to have been missed , but not really a major issue - we were quite capable of washing up. There were no condiments whatsoever. Having stayed in villas previously, we have found generally that there is salt and pepper provided(maybe it was there and we couldn't find it?) and the odd bottle of cooking oil. There was nothing there at all - This isn't a deal breaker as obviously there is no onus to provide suchlike- but we have always had condiments at least previously . There is no air conditioning in the living area- only in the bedrooms......again, not a deal breaker as we didn't spend a lot of time inside during the day The actual villa itself is beautiful- it just has a really lovely vibe about it. There are piles of books that you could read if you chose and the TV has ALL the UK channels which was great ! We had an issue with the dishwasher, but this was resolved almost immediately so no complaints there . The beds were super comfy and the outside areas plentiful. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to town so ideally located and a decent supermarket was within walking distance. Stuart the Manager was a legend ! We could not work the barbecue (us being thick!) and he was there within the hour to show us how to do it. He was also really responsive and friendly. Nikki, the owner was also really lovely and I think the fact that both were reliable and contactable makes a massive difference when you are choosing a villa to book. I actually cant really fault the villa, or the process of booking and contact etc. It IS in a residential area, so this must be considered when booking, as we did upset the neighbours one day through being loud.....but I don't think the neighbours were unfriendly or particularly picky- and that day we were particularly loud so I think a complaint was probably well founded. Nikki the owner was even very diplomatic and lovely about that ! Moraira is a beautiful and this was a beautiful villa. We loved our stay there. Thank you

Very nice an comfortable house
Despite the rain during the larger part of our stay we had a great time. The house is very complete, has everything you need in terms of household appliances, has good and comfortable beds and a very pleasant atmosphere.. For us it was a great home during rainy days. Will be coming back next year in hope of better weather.

A stunning villa with a fabulous pool and garden . We stayed for a month over Christmas and had glorious sunshine for most of our stay. The villa is within walking distance of two local bars, both of which serve food. The villa has everything you could possibly need and the owner or manager answer any queries promptly and are both very amiable. All in all a lovely time had, definitely recommended.

Fantastic!
What an Amazing stay we all had at Villa Zamora. From start to finish there were no issues, and when we had a few hiccups it was sorted instantly. The villa is a beautiful place to stay, with all you need and a fabulous pool. Having spent 5 weeks there I had several family and friends joining me who all were amazed when they arrived. The location is lovely, but you do need a car. The walk down to the town is around 35 minutes but a very steep hill to get back. There is a local supermarket that supplies most of what you need and 2 very friendly bars - mostly English speaking. Nikki the owner and Aaron the manager could not have been nicer and more helpful. Definitely a place to go. Hopefully I will get back there again.

Excellent high end villa
My wife and I along with our 2 daughters just returned after staying 2 weeks at this beautiful villa Zamora, from pre-booking to arriving the communication with Nikki was top class along with reassuring and helpful. From the moment we arrived it was obvious that the property had been well thought through as regards layout, it was immaculately clean and couldn't be faulted. The villa is very secure with electric gates and alarm to protect the property when you leave which all works well. The equipment in the villa that you would expect in your own home, like decent wine glasses, bottle openers, good sets of plates and cutlery along with dishes and pans leave with nothing more to want. The pool was superb and clean and certainly makes a difference being slightly heated. The location to a couple of bars and a small supermarket is handy if you don't fancy driving and my wife and daughters loved the smell and quality of the bath towels, which sounds silly but they were awesome. All in all despite the PCR tests before we left and the various form filling that we have to do extra during these times they were a small price to pay for an excellent relaxing 2 weeks. Also the Antigen tests to return we booked at the IMED hospital in Teulada at 40 euros each was quick and easy and didn't take up no more than an hour of our last day, results were emailed back in half an hour and it is a 10 minute drive from the villa. As a family that have stayed in villas in Spain for the last 25 years,half of them in Moraira this is one of the best we have stayed in.

Beautiful property
We had a lovely week. Nikki and property manager Aaron were excellent and took care of everything. We really appreciated the welcome pack of Cava, beer, milk and snacks. Our family had a great time...we enjoyed the heated pool, ping pong, billiards, eating bbqs on the terrance, and log fire. The house has a great lay-out and was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen is also very well equipped. Beautiful garden and views of the Moraira hills. Thank you Nikki!
