Entrance/Accessibility. -
You will enter through the front door to the property when you arrive. There is space on the driveway for 3 cars.

Kitchen Area -
This property has a kitchen at the centre of the property which has all the essentials for your stay including; Oven, Hob, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle and Microwave.

Living Area. -
This property has a spacious lounge area which has a smart Tv with Netflix, there is also as a log burner for those colder nights! The lounge also provides access to the garden through the double doors.
The dining area is also adjoined to the lounge which has plenty of space for everyone.

Bedrooms -
This property has 3 bedrooms, the first has 2 single beds which is a bunk bed style. The second room you come too is a lovely double room. The final bedroom is the master bedroom which has a spacious King bed and has plenty of wardrobe space.

Bathrooms -
The property has one main bathroom which has an electric shower facilitated inside. There is also a W/C room.

Extras -
- No Pets.
- This is a single level home apart from 2/3 separate steps in hallway towards the bedrooms.

This property is self check in via key box. Guests will have access to the entire space.

You will also be given the choice between paying a £400 refundable deposit or buying a £35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
