Not a great experience, mold on the bed. Yes mold. Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned somebody’s earrings were on the floor hair all over the sink. Left within 10 mins. The lady before me switched rooms because there was “blood on the sheets”.

The checking was very easy and the guy was nice upon getting into the room. I turned the AC on it immediately started leaking. I started the jet tub within 30 minutes of the jet tub running. There was so much dirt and builder that came out of it. It was disgusting and then there was crackheads outside for a good bitten out of the night. I just did not feel safe, leaving my truck out there and check that immediately

I received a call from Best Western on the drive to Galveston --------saying our reservation was canceled for the night ------due to roof leaks!!! Had to scramble to book another hotel!!! Not a happy camper!!!!

I did not get to stay here because the hotel cancelled my reservation 5 days before my arrival. I have yet to receive confirmation on refund because hotels.com will not refund my money even though i was not the one who cancelled my stay. Hotels.com has lost a customer since i will not go through this ordeal again.

There were dead bugs on the floor in our room that the cleaning crew missed. The manager working the front desk was not helpful and was very rude. I do not know how she has a job in hospitality.
