"Very nice accommidations. The bed was comfortable, there were complimentary snacks, the shower was spaceous with a hose shower head and there was even a small air fryer to cook with. All of this on the end of a quiet culdesac with ample parking. Highly recommended. "

"The location was great - next to a great brewery and bakery and close to Texas Tech. The neighborhood was quiet. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed. Bed was a bit soft, but otherwise great."

"This property was clean and, easy to access. The communication was easy and accurate with the owner. It is not in the most desirable part of town! We would have really loved it to have a fan in the bedrooms, as we had a hard time getting the rooms cool on the evening of arrival.There is not an ice maker, so please prepare for that....We did use the pool one afternoon and it was filthy. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay and the actual unit was very clean."

"We arrived at 3am Saturday morning getting in the property was easy. The house was clean, the host was communicating through text which I appreciate so I didn’t have to log into VRBO account for instructions. Checkout was a simple process which was also appreciated. For price/location couldn’t have asked for anything better.Rhonda"

"This place is on the third floor with no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage’s up and down. The door code was not emailed to me as booking, had to contact the owner for the code ,which was provided wrong to me at first, caused the door to lock for a while. And then it was the right code. The bed sheets aren’t very clean for both rooms. And the guess rooms door is hard to shut it close. "
