"We stay at Lively every time we go to the beach to surf at JP Luby. It’s the only building in the area, never crowded, and feels like home. The grounds are clean, the rooms have everything we need and are tastefully furnished. If we could buy into a membership or a timeshare here, we would!"

"The property is exactly as describe which was good overall. However, there are possums on the grounds that apparently the front desks knows about. One rubbed up against my husband's leg, but thankfully when he jumped up, it hissed at him and scurried away. My suggestion is to stay away from the courtyard and pool area in the evening. It's clear that the property management isn't interested in removing the rodents. There's construction on the outside of the buidling taking place and as a result,...
