This was our first time staying here - for years we have always stayed at a hotel in Sukhumvit 12. This time we were unable to get a room there and decided to try Centre Point. This will definitely be our go to hotel while in Bangkok now. Clean, comfortable and spacious room! Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet and we enjoyed a few dinners here as well (when we were too tired to head out after a day of touring). Two pools to choose from! Convenience store on the premises. Regular shuttle to and from the main street. Safe and quiet neighborhood!

My stay was great. Unfortunately the hotel still has not released the pre authorized security deposit and it has been 20 days. We paid our balance in full and had no charges so there is no explanation as to why they have not released the hold.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. River view from the room and the sky bar were gorgeous. The facilities were great, sizable pool and gyms with various equipments.The door lock and light switches were a bit out dated. We were surprised to see a small roach in the room. The breakfast was beyond excellent though. I would come back for staff and the breakfast.

It’s good near Guangzhou tower shopping mall bars

I have worked in several luxury hotels in Dallas, TX and so I have some experience in hospitality. I know what to look for. My guest and I were delighted from the moment we were greeted by the doormen. Everyone was very professional and hospitable. The breakfast was excellent, our room 2280 was most luxurious, the pool was perfect. I will return! Thank you Sivatel staff and thank you specifically to the 17th floor staff and the 8th floor staff and kitchen and the doormen on the first floor. Sivatel hospitality lives up to the Thai reputation.
