"The owner is very nice. It is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed lots of beautiful roses and other flowers as well as cute animals in the compound. It was also nice that we could walk to the Sunday market. "
"A small, family-run hotel, very clean.
Everyone at the hotel was very service-oriented.
You can have your laundry done at the hotel, which was a great help."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent staff. Martin went way beyond expectations and was very helpful with suggestions for dining and sightseeing. Even after we left for Hanoi he contacted us to warn about possible heavy rain and flooding. I highly recommend this great hotel. "
"An oasis of tranquility. The staff's attention to detail is impressive - daily cleaning, fresh linens, and a top-notch menu. The bed was a dream, AC and Wi-Fi reliable. A delightful stay, highly recommended. The restaurant and bar at the homestay were absolutely spot on"
"Great location with beautiful view. Rooms are clean and nice, staff are great. Breakfast is top notch. Will stay here again if I ever come back to Sapa."
"Staff was helpful… not easy to find initially as Grab dropped us at the wrong spot and we had to call the hotel to pick us up (which they did!). Nice location, amazing view with solid dining options in the area. Loved the cats and the lovely breakfasts."

"Hotel Sapa Square is in a perfect location right in the center of Sapa, next to Sun Plaza and just steps away from the monorail to Fansipan cable car. Many attractions, restaurants, bars, and cafes are within easy walking distance.
The hotel looks newly renovated and offers good facilities, including a restaurant, Sky Bar, massage services, and a gym (no swimming pool). My deluxe room was spacious, clean, had a very comfortable bed, and a balcony overlooking Sapa Square. Breakfast (6:30–9:30am) offered a good mix of local and Western dishes. The Sky Bar on the 5th floor is cozy, affordable, and a great place to relax.
What really stood out was the service. Special thanks to Kelvin, who went above and beyond — from warmly welcoming us, personally showing us to our room, to even arranging and negotiating a taxi for us. Levi was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a truly welcoming experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa!"
"The experience was great 5 minute walk from the city centre super friendly staff great service the room it’s self was beautiful very clean and and amenities over one of my best hotel experiences and the best view to wake up to "
"That hotel, Hotel De La Couple, is super fancy and gorgeous. The staff there is really nice and helpful too. It's right in the heart of Sapa, so you can walk everywhere. The restaurant, Chic, has an awesome breakfast and dinner buffet. And the indoor pool? Seriously amazing. Okay, it's a bit more expensive than other places around, but for a 5-star hotel, it's actually not that bad. I'm totally staying there again for sure."
"Good service, location is not too bad.
Spa is in front , 30sec walk
Breakfast could be better.
Breakfast bread toast is the very simple and cheapest one in the market."
