Hotel was located conveniently in the middle of Old Quarter Hanoi, close by to many restaurants, street food stalls and local businesses. It is a short 5 minutes walk to the bustling Hoang Kiem lake.
The staff was very attentive and friendly. There is always a person available to help with to luggage and opening the door for guests.
The breakfast buffet was quite good with a variety of food, from diy banh mi to pho, all included with your stay.
The hotel was clean and well kept. Staff make up the room every day and generously replenish tooth brush, paste, soaps and towels.
Overall, this hotel is in a great location with good amenities and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again for future stays in Hanoi.

Nice new hotel. I have stayed all over the area and many hotels including the jade oriental, the apricot and the metropole, I stayed in Presidential Suite both of my stays here to be closer to a family friend who needed parking. I like the hotel lobby (note - there is a piano with no piano player any of the nights) and wonderful staff. Overall good but the room needs work. Already the couch is damaged and the toilet leaks. Please note this hotel is not soundproof and you can hear your neighbors. I will stay again but best to advise that it can be noisy and the room facilities are not that great.

"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process.
