Disappointing, honesty. Especially if you see the hyped pool pictures of this place and think the rest of the resort is as good. The room we stayed in (standard, one level) was poorly designed: door to hallway lets in noise, a/c is constantly on and blows directly onto bed, weird creaky bed platform, and a glass enclosed toilet area with a door that does not provide privacy. Also, in addition to the instagram snap-happy people in the pool, you’ll get some noisy tour group hordes. We stayed here 4 nights and expected better. That said, as we walked around town, I didn’t see any obvious better choices.

The property was great and very close to old town. The staff was incredible! Service was amazing. They took the time to learn our names and greet us by our names every day which was so welcoming.

This was a wonderful property, the staff was amazing, the food was good and the location excellent. We lived this property and highly recommend!!! My only issue was I prearranged transportation with them and it was way way way higher than the going rate like 3 times! Book through grab one third the cost and wonderful cars snd service
