"Very nice rooms and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a nice cafe next to the hotel which is open during the day. Great value. It’s walkable from the train station but the hotel gave me a lift. It can be quite noisy at night due to its closeness to the railway."

A rude ignorant guy turned up on a bicycle and said sign here and took us to the 'family cottage' and put the key in the door. Absolutely shocking service, poor accommodation. Very hard mattress set in top of permanent concrete platform. Leaking a/c that was a fixed with a piece of wood that pointed directly onto mattress. Busy body in keeper that dug through our trash bag. "
