"We had a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing stay. Everything we needed was there"

"We had an interesting stay. Lets start with the up side. We had plenty of space in and outside the house. We are a family of 7 age range from 40 to 7. The lake was a great way for our seven year old to spend time outdoors getting rid of his energy. The little firepit was perfect for our hotdogs & s'mores, " bring your own firewood ". The kitchen was super cute, it does have a good amout of pots and pans for a small family, or light chef's work. " only one adult fork ". There is a ton of salt & pepper, small oil, and coffee & creamer & tea for you. K-pod coffee maker. Soap provided for dishes, they did leave a sponge but it was a little more dirtier than i felt comfortable using. " brought our own ". They supplied one paper towel roll. The do supply laundry soap. The wate is well water " they supplied some water bottles, we used close to 23 gallons of water to cook & brush pur teeth with for a week. There is a iron smell when you shower. They did have shampoo & body wash " brought our own ". Plenty of towels in the shower to dry the whole family. The second room was a double bunkbed room perfect for the kids.The fridge is a little smaller than we are used to. The stove is brand new at the time of this post ergo works great. The beds are hard and a little uncomfortable for those who spend a little extra on their personal mattress. We had a hiccup with no water to the houses the last full day we were there but Jessica went above and beyond to try and help fix the problem. "

"4 friends and I rented this house to play board games all weekend in a central space. We cooked food and played games. The space worked great for that."

"The communication from Samantha was timely and accommodating. The place was just like it was in the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and little extras like the candy and soups were a welcoming extra. I have two comments of feedback on the property for suggestions. The light switches in the bathroom and some of the bedrooms were redundant and did not turn on some things, like the side table lamp in the Master bedroom. Also, being on the road you may want to go with blinds in the window, the light passes through the curtains easily and can be disturbing while sleeping. If you wanted to put value add put a fence up from the main road. Again, we had a great stay and will probably book again for our Dad lives in the area."
