"Horrible experience! After booking with Expedia the property was supposed to be prepaid, but from the property management team they reached out to me with security deposit request which is okay as this is standard practice, however, I could see the link has an additional $XXX charges on top of $XXXX security deposit. When I replied to the guy who sent me the link, he replied that amount should be ignored and just follow the instructions. I was still confused because how can you ignore a invoice with a some funny amounts so I asked him again for clarification and he responded saying I clearly u don't know how to follow instructions. As we were a large group I did not want any issues so I ignored the invoice amount and added my CC and guess what, they charged me more than the stated deposit! When I enquired about it he was not even sorry, but responded that I should have not been charged and it be refunded. They miss advertised their 4 bedroom property as 5 bedroom and later argued that the den is additional bedroom and we can turn the sofa into a bed. The rooms has no fan so over the day time it builds up heat and takes about until 3-4 AM to cool down on summer so good luck sleeping here. You will be unable to open the windows or door because of bugs and mosquitoes, there are no nets on windows. So you will have to deal with 27 Celsius internal temperature with no fans provided. I had to check out a day early as we could barely survive there! The agent is unprofessional!"

"One of the best spots for pure ski-in ski-out at Big White. This place came as advertised. Clean, cozy and all of the amenities one would need. Perfect location! We look forward to returning to Trailblazers Retreat!"

"We were incredibly fortunate to get some great conditions and a great location of stay at this rental for myself and the family. The ski in off the Gondola Way run was very convenient. Short distance to Lara's Gondola and the beginner ski area. The unit was great and priced right, the literal only hiccup was that the parking spaces underground weren't in numerical order so we were a bit confused until we started to look around. The outside signage for the garage and keypad for accessing the underground worked the initial time getting in but didn't seem to work the rest of the time which was fine as didn't need to move the car for the duration of the trip and we just walked around, but maybe that needs to be updated/replaced. Will definitely consider renting in the future as the unit was clean, had a great layout for us and reasonably stocked. (My only recommendation of improvement for this would maybe to have some bulk saran wrap or tinfoil in the unit as these items are totally necessary for every rental) Thanks again!"

"Fabulous property with a fabulous group of friends. Accomodations were great, kitchen was well-supplied (although a couple of large serving spoons would be a nice addition), and the hot-tub was lovely after a day or snowshoeing or skiing. "

"Right in the heart of everything and exactly what you need for a great ski trip."

"Denys has a very comfortable condo at a prime location along the Village Center strip, with easy ski-in/ski-out right up to the doorway into the building, and a locked ski locker room just inside the door to secure your gear, so there is no lugging of gear or hikes in ski boots.Furthermore, it has a terrific restaurant-bar on the first floor, a hot tub, a dry sauna, and indoor secured parking. It is also a prime location for easy access to restaurants, bars and apres ski locations. We stayed for a week and still hadn't visited all the restaurants that were walking distance from our building. Grocery store, deli, and coffee shop were all likewise less than a 5 minute walk away. We didn't need our car for anything.Additionally, Denys was a delight to work with. He was always readily available, very responsive and extremely helpful, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable with no hassles.We would definitely stay with Denys again when we return to Big White!"
