"We enjoyed our stay in this thoughtfully planned studio. While small, it had everything we needed for cooking and laundry and a comfortable bed to sleep in. The furnishings were up to date and the local artwork was aesthetically pleasing. The shower was big for a small space and the water was always hot. The bbq, just outside the door, was convenient and in top condition. The hosts were friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The houses in the neighborhood are spaced a good distance...

The only complaint that I have is that sound travels too easily from the top unit to the bottom and could get rather obnoxious if you have noisy neighbors.
