"An excellent property offers very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. The hotel provides gorgeous view of the sea and located close to tram and other amenities. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful. At the reception Chris, was so friendly to give you professional tips about the city and the property.The continental breakfast choice including freshly sliced fruits were satisfying and the restaurant team members also very attentive. The excecutive lounge at the 9th floor is cozy and provides an excellent view of the neighborhood and the beach. The lounge has wine, beer and sodas including snacks. Enjoyed my stay at this property. Thanks, will visit soon."

"The hotel was good , all the staff were nice except one lady (her name is Tiffany ) she was so rude and not friendly at all , her attitude was very bad and I was so upset and couldn’t stand her being rude to me and to my husband. Special thanks to Mekanzi who dealt with the problem and helped me to solve the confusion. All over I enjoyed staying in the hotel. "
