"During snow day the snow plowing schedule around the property around 4:00 AM, and the loud noise from the machinery makes it extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While I understand the necessity of clearing the snow, I suggest if there’s any possibility of adjusting the schedule to a slightly later time or using quieter methods where possible.
