"Really cool place to stay! There is a really nice backyard with games and picnic tables and a beautiful walking path along the river where people were fly fishing. You can walk over the bridge to the brewery and several food spots. I stayed in a dorm room - wish the bunk beds weren't connected and the door not as heavy because they made some noise, but it was very clean and well set up. There is a kitchen where you can keep your own stuff, and there was a cool bar area with music both nights I stayed. I would definitely come back."

"Absolutely everything was perfect in this huge house located in a VERY quiet neighborhood close to EVERYTHING. We were a group of hikers and cyclists looking to enjoy daily challenges and then relax in cool mountain air. This property had everything and more. Quick access to mountain rides (e.g., Vail, Loveland, Montezuma), easy drives to challenging hikes (Grizzly, Sniktau, Quandry), and short drives to groceries, hiking/biking supplies, and wonderful dining opportunities. We have stayed in this area for the month of July across several years, and this property was our absolute favorite. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms well-appointed, and the large sitting room and dining table were perfect for group events. Also, we were able to bring our dogs! We would happily stay here again and again. Book now!"

"Had a great stay, 3 families total. Loved the deck space for relaxing, gorgeous views. Kitchen was spacious enough for cooking for the whole group. Loved the amount of bathrooms and the additional common space downstairs for spreading out, more games, etc. House is in a great location for visiting the area and the neighborhood amenities were great. We took advantage of them daily, including pool, gym and trails. Host was responsive when I had a question. Would definitely recommend and come back. "
