In the beautiful rural valley of Durance, surrounded by lovely mountain views, this apartment is on the first floor of a charming French house. It has its own private entrance, with private swimming pool in full sun. The residence is only 8 min (5 km) from Vaumeilh airport.
Spacious living room with practical open fully equipped kitchen.
3 large bedrooms and 1 smaller with 140 cm beds
Maximum capacity : 6 persons, surface area : 100m2
A bathroom with a shower and two independents WC.
A large sunny patio (23 m2) to enjoy the view and have your meals outside.
Priority access to the swimming pool (10 m x 4,5m) during the holiday from 10 a.m to 7 p.m.
Dogs and cats welcomed if they are kept well in hand. We have a nice dog too.
No smoking.
At 12 km there are many shops.

Un excellent endroit pour un sejour agréable
Maison tres agréable et très fonctionnelle, située à moins d'1 heure de sites de baignade de qualité (Gorges de la Meouges, Cascade du Rabou, Gorges de Trevans...). Très bien équipée, propriétaires tres accueillants et disponibles en toute occasion.

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette magnifique région. à 10 minutes de Sisteron des petits villages perchés ou 1h d' Embrun du lac de Serre Ponçon 1h30 de Forcalquier du Colorado de Rustrel. Des randonnées faciles de 2 heures avec peu de dénivelés et des paysages magnifiques. Les pommiers les tournesols la lavande et les montagnes. L'annonce du gîte est conforme à la réalité spacieux calme et la piscine parfaite à 6 personnes Les propriétaires sont présents tous les jours en cas de problème mais reste discrets PARFAIT

Vacances d été en famille
Maison confortable et très bien équipée. On a adoré les petites intentions prévu par les propriétaires. Logement dans un état irréprochable niveau propreté. La maison est bien située proche d un pôle commercial a 12 minutes et de nombreuses activités (kayak, accrobranche,rando, visite...) Les parcours de rando sont présents partout et pour tous les niveaux. L endroit est plutôt calme et on apprécie la piscine en cas de fortes chaleurs. Les propriétaires sont prévenants, discrets et de bons conseils pour les sorties. On ressort ravis de nôtre séjour. Merci a Agnès et Philippe.

Tout ce qui était promis était là… Le sourire en plus !
De l’arrivée au départ, tout a été parfait… Discrétion, disponibilité, et en plus un vrai amour des « toutous »! Équipements, literies, piscine et tranquillité de très bon niveau !!! En plus, si vous aimez le « vrai » pain, Agnès vous accompagnera, vers 7h40 au fournil… petit dej inoubliable garanti au retour !!!
