Food was excellent and special mention to The Tides and in particular Amal who went above and beyond in providing a 1st class dining experience. This was the first resort I have stayed in Kerala. The dining options were good. We were in the club section and the cafe was great. The room was nice, room service was good. Room was cleaned well every time. Got great massages at the spa as well

A fabulous hotel with exceptional service. The staff are fantastic and go the extra mile to help with any needs. As the hotel is situated on a hill, people have to walk up/down fairly steep walkways or climb up/down lots of steps. The hotel does provide a buggy service to drive people around, but it would be helpful if hand rails were installed along the walkways for guests wishing to walk.
