THIS HOUSE ONLY SLEEPS 2! We are 35 miles North of Moab and 30 miles north of Arches National Park. We are just 1 mile off of I-70 exit 187, which is the closest exit to the Moab exit #182. We are close enough to be convenient ,and yet far enough away to be secluded. The house is clean and new and is perfect for a couple who is not wanting to spend a fortune . There is a fully equipped kitchen ,complete with pots and pans.

Great little spot!
Very nice for a tiny home! Hot water was pretty limited and internet wasn't great. Just sitting in the middle of a gravel lot, nothing special, but we loved this as a cozy stop on our road trip through Utah!

Convenient and quiet
Convenient location to Moab, canyon hikes and the national parks nearby. This place was perfect for me and my two dogs to go explore during the day and then come back to shower and pass out! Occasional train heard but otherwise quiet.

Perfect home away from home
This was a very comfortable and well equipped park model. A/C worked great. Loved the cooler nights. Turned off A/C and opened the windows for a lovely cool nights sleep. Appreciated that the pots and pans they had for cooking were quite decent. Nice fridge/freezer with ice maker too. Ample towels, paper products abd dishwasher soap. We had a wonderful 3 day stay. Thanks

GhOsT tOwN gEtAwAy!
This was my first VRBO experience and I really enjoyed it! I picked this particular stay because of its location, I didnt know of Thompson Springs, at all, but i liked that it was close to the city but still not in city. We arrived 3 hours before check in, and used that time to drive around the town and check out what Thompson is about. At the far end of town is an old single room school house which directs you to an excellent display of 3 petroglyphs, an old stone dutch oven, and the abandoned remains of Thompson Springs in the canyon. We had an amazing time even in just those 3 hours and then we still had the rest of our vacation to enjoy Moab, but i still chose to go up that canyon atleast once everyday we were there. I absolutely loved this stay and will definitely return. Its only about 30 minutes from Moab, and about 10 from Jacka$$ Joes delicious jerky at Crescent Junction! Also have fun finding the hidden arch!!

Great value and location, except for the freight trains
The house was fully stocked with kitchen utensils, linens, towels, soap, and shampoo. There was ample storage space and a comfortable bed. Check-in was smooth and easy. Moab felt very close with a drive down the highway. On the downside, I found the freight trains at all hours of the night blaring their horns to be annoying.

Great alternative to staying in Moab
We were unsure what to expect after booking this place outside of Moab, but were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. The tiny house is very nice and clean, and was a nice change from the Moab crowds. We enjoyed the relaxing feel of being out in the middle of nowhere. The RV park where the tiny house is located was pretty full, but the atmosphere was nice and quiet, and even our dog enjoyed the tranquility. As mentioned in other reviews, be sure and bring your own meals, as there is only a gas station/quick shop in the area. We did grab some of their wings and a prepackaged salad for dinner one night, and we were good. The trains which occasionally pass by can be annoying at first, but we grew used to that too. Others had mentioned having to take quick showers if you want hot water, but with a little planning, that was a non issue also. No one should be taking 10 min showers these days with our water shortage issues, people! We were mostly impressed by the room in this tiny house. High ceilings and lots of windows make it feel bigger than it is, and it has everything in it you need for a great stay. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area!

Incredible Views
The place was extremely clean, neat and tidy. Located in a quiet little hidden gem area of Utah. Easy to drive to NPs Canyonlands and the Arches. Loved the scenic views at the Vrbo. It was super cute! I would definitely book a stay here again. Extremely easy check in and check out. Great host! Appreciate this trip.

Middle of Nowhere
What a fun experience! Our park model was all we could ask for and we enjoyed walking around learning about what used to be. Train whistles were jolting in the middle of the night but they were part of the whole picture.

Very comfortable stay!
This lil house was so comfy! Very clean and well stocked. It's in a campground near a ghost town. No restaurants or grocery store. But there is a gas station w/made to order pizza and wings and a decent selection of groceries.

Perfect little house for two
Not too far from Moab, this home was a great place to come back to after a day of hiking canyonlands and Arches National Park. You could even see a faint Milky Way outside even with the outdoor lights on; would definitely recommend.
