Adequate
The property was clean, however, it lacked the attention that would cause me to use the property again if I am in the area. The furniture was dated as where the pictures use on the walls. There was only one smart TV on the property in the family room and it was much too small for the wall on which was mounted. The threshold on the front door needed to Be replaced as well as others in the house itself one commode and a bathroom was loose and needed to be tightened down. The host also failed to have a booklet or any notifications telling you what he expected you to do during the checkout process. There are also other small touches I have experienced in other homes like shower gels, books with things to do in the area, or television apps the property offers. As I said, the property was okay, but I would not recommend it to any of my friends.

Path to Roses
The house is close to everything, which is the biggest plus. The neighborhood is safe. The house is clean, however there is was a bug issue that needs to be addressed by the owner. There were small roaches; we saw several every day. We killed them but left them on the floor in hopes the cleanup people would notice when they came in to clean. We were comfortable there for the week we were moving into our new house. The yard needed mowing in the back and general maintenance, pressure washing, etc., in the front and back. There is no furniture to sit on outside. The biggest issue was the dogs in the back of the house, and the side of the house from the neighbors was relentless. I went and bought noise-cancelling headphones. Also, three out of the four beds were too tall for older and handicapped people to get on. With the negatives being said, the owner has tried to make the house comfortable: a recliner and a lovely couch, a large table for a family, adequate appliances and things to cook with, and a small Keurig coffee maker. I used the laundry area, and the washer/dryer was good. With a pest service visit and some outdoor maintenance, this house is undoubtedly somewhere to stay if you need a three-bedroom, two-bath stay. I'm not sure anything can be done about the barking dogs; you can't control rude neighbors.
