"This hotel accommodate families very well. We were in a one bedroom suite where there were two queen beds in the bedroom and a full size bed in the pull out couch. The beds were comfortable, the sofabed wasn’t bad. The suite was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also very good, better than what I am unexpected. They had plain eggs, egg omelette (cheese in the middle), pork and turkey sausages, hash brown, automatic pancake maker, cinnamon rolls, breads, bagels, butter, Greek yogurt, etc. the staff was very kind and accommodating too. "

"This was our first stay at 16 Bay View, but likely not our last. We really enjoyed the extra space in our high-end suite; it was at least as comfortable as our living room at home, and it overlooked the harbor and sunrise. The 2-sided fireplace is a bit unusual, but it reminded me pleasantly of the same in the house in which I grew up. Our suite and the whole property were spotless and decorated very tastefully. Complementary breakfast was very good as well."

"LOVE that it is right on the river! Nice walking path along the whole riverfront. Very small, quiet, post card like town! Few places to eat in just a minute walk. View at night of the Penobscot Bridge is beautiful. Sunrise shines up Fort Knox in the morning! So peaceful. The woman that was at the front desk when we arrived was very friendly and welcoming! "
