Rustic Mountain View Village

Welcome to our 3-bedroom 2 bath fully furnished 1487 sq ft home. This home has 1 king bed, 1 queen & a twin bed. Bedroom with Twin Bed doesn't have a closet. Also, a futon to sleep on as well.
Very open living room that flows from the kitchen into the dining room & a small private balcony deck. We are located 8 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to make eggs to mashed potatoes.
The kitchen has a small private balcony.
Enjoy a nice evening on the balcony enjoying nature.
A propane barbeque is located on the side of the house.
AC/Heater is provided by brand new Mini Spilt units installed June 2022.
We're located near the center of Three Rivers, Kaweah Lake & within walking distance of the town center where the only fully stocked market is located, along with couple places to eat, a pharmacy, post office & 2 banks. Otherwise, a 2-minute drive. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park.

You have access to the entire home.
No garage or carport are located on the property.

Check out is any time before 11AM

Other things to note:
No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed.
You may occasionally see a wild turkey, or deer & we have 0 tolerance for HUNTING. Absolutely no hunting is allowed.

Comfortable cabin
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It’s located on top of a tiny hill with great views all around. Everyone was comfortable whether on the couch or the bedrooms. Owner was more than attentive and checked to make sure we were comfortable and even asked if we needed anything. We would def stay there again.

The property is very roomy, nice and clean. The owner was great, he was very quick to respond to our messages, and he was very nice to let us checked in early, so we can get familiar with the road to the place, and had more times to spend at Sequoia parks. We really enjoyed our stay there, will definitely come back if we visit Sequoia next time and refer to all our friends.

This little stop over was perfect for us. Close to Sequoia park entrance and Three Rivers has several restaurant options for dinner (pizza/brew pub/mexican). Full remote checkin/checkout was a breeze and Mark responded within minutes. Thank you!

Three Rivers House
We had an excellent stay at the Rustic Mountain View Village. Arrival was easy (with very detailed directions) and the house is older and rustic as advertised, but nice and clean. There were extra conveniences like snacks, Keurigs and laundry detergent provided. Two of my favorite things were the ample floor space (especially in the living area) that allowed us to spread out and organize our bags and hiking stuff without it feeling messy and cluttered, and the central-ness of the living area to the bedrooms that made socialization and communication easy. We would definitely stay there again. (Note: To see all of the two HUGE nearby national parks, one would want to move to lodging near a different entrance midway thru the trip just due to the parks’ combined size. This location is great for exploring Sequoia.)

Believe the other reviews. This unit is definitely hard to find so take the advice and arrive during daylight. The owner does give detailed instructions. Which help! We only passed it up one time. When we first pulled up we were greeted by 4 deer. If needed the owner is quick to respond. It is close to the south entrance of Sequoia NP and close to restaurants. W

Perfect location

Astrophotography Heaven
Outstanding location for night sky photography! Walk 100 feet from the front door for an unobstructed dark sky view north, east & south with Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Park mountains in the background. Also a great base camp for exploring the Parks during the day. The house was quite comfortable with new AC units throughout. Mark and family are super hosts supplying all the extras you could ever need! Our only difficulty was finding the place the first time; better signage is needed on the main road in leading to the dirt rode up to the house.
