"I dont think there are enough words for us to express our gratitude and awe inspiring experience of staying in this amazing property. I am yet to come across a hotel where the staff are so welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful than this place. Spoiler alert - the awesome food will leave you overeating. "We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. "

"Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. "

"This place doesn’t have a leagal route of entry, you have to illegally take your car through back in a no entry street which by the way is against the law in order to reach on front entrance of this hotel , till midnight sounds of women and men talking and moving in the hallway were coming into the room , there was nothing to warm the room . "An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF.
