My only issues are that checking out its best to do after 7.00. due to needing to phone to unlock the main doors if you require to leave before 7.00 Checking Inn at a late time can be problematic due to the main Gate connects to someones Mobile and Signal in the area is extremely poor"

"We had a brilliant 1 night stay here on a weekend. The room we stayed in was fantastic,good size and had everything we needed,I wish we had stayed longer! The breakfast was already in the room which I actually really enjoyed,I couldn't believe the choice available,there was yoghurts,fruit,granola,a fresh loaf,porridge,cereal,milk,teas,coffee,hot chocolate, even some britvic orange juice. "This is a fantastic small hotel in an excellent location next to a large park as well as excellent shopping and eateries. Although we'd recommend eating in the hotel - some of the best food we've had for a long time. "We arrived around 6pm on a Saturday night. The bar was rammed, and noisy, and we had reservations about whether to stay or not. But then the manager took us up to our room, and there was no way we were going anywhere! Worst vacation property ever stayed in

"-Dirty- had to buy bath/kitchen cleaner before using -Booked 3 bath property but could only use one shower - cold tap didn’t work in others -Stair handrail hanging off at top of steep stairs -Smelly - had to buy air fresheners as windows would not open -Couldn’t get outside back door - old fridge blocking -only 1 cereal bowl for 5 of us - had to wash cup’s cutlery etc as all dirty -After trying numerous times to contact the owner she did not call me back- I was eventually given the number of admin team who helped in the end Would not recommend anyone staying here"
