They should call it the unsuperior inn, air conditioning was so loud had to turn off, the black out curtains had so many patches of clear patches you couldn’t call it a black out curtain, bathroom fan not working, shower doors were hard to open, empty liquor bottles in the hallways, used towels, hot tub was hot half the jets not working, ice machine not working, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in a long time driving to Newfoundland , and I will not be back, the bed was not bad, and I have a soccer team coming in mid July, they told me to check out this place, well they will not be staying there, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a minus score even that is being generous, so if your looking for a hotel, stay clear of this place and the wifi was hit and miss, for what I paid should of stayed at a motel 6, probably would of been better, don’t want to use the term flee bag motel, but dam close

This isnt the fault of the front staff. They did their best. But the managers and owners must be accountable for this. This hotel was used for medical purposes, furnitures used to treat people. Which we can agree with. But after the transition they didnt change the furniture, so you get dirty rooms, with broken equipments, stain matresses and sheets with blood. During our stay, they were several police arrestations to different rooms, lots of people unsafe for families and very filthy in every floors. Unless the owners take this seriously, avoid at all cost. Its not an hotel right now.

The entrance and lobby were filthy. People were smoking right outside the front doors, a gentleman was sleeping by the elevator, the heat/air in the room didn’t work, the water slide is only open during very limited hours, and my room key didn’t work on multiple occasions. Overall it was a poor experience.

The staff was nice, the rooms need renovations, the floor wasn't cleaned properly, the bed sheets were stained and yellow, not to mention wrinkled (Makes you wonder if someone used it and the sheets weren't changed). The price was good, so you can forgive not having a renovated room, but not happy with the cleanliness and the sheets.

Was told that we had a shuttle come 4 AM there was no one there with a license. Dirty sketchy people all over would recommend and won’t be returning. Don’t depend on this place for bookings or transportation or any one to care .

Staff were very nice. Mattress in first room stunk like urine. Hallway stunk like dirty diapers. Rooms need maintenance and deep cleaning. Didn’t like that all doors but front are alarmed at all times. Water slide only open on weekends. Pool completely full with kids. Not an enjoyable stay.

Pool and waterslide was a hit with our group. Rooms were big but had we lost power in a couple of our outlets during our stay. Bathroom was very big and very clean. Beds were really comfortable but pillows were not. I suggest you bring your own pillow.

I stayed in room 229 and The ceiling between the second and third floor were very thin, when someone closed their door down the hallway it reverberated through the room underneath the door. Also, my bathroom fan did not work, and the shower door would not stay closed while showering otherwise the food was great as were the staff
