Great place for spending a night in Pipa. We ordered a BBQ platter for cooking ourselves in the backyard coal fired grill, which was unbelievably delicious and even cheaper than buying from a local grocery store. The amenities included a private backyard pool, which probably would be nice during daytime, but a bit too cold for a night swim. We ended up not using it as we had a busy afternoon at the beach. Both rooms have working ACs and kept the rooms at perfect temperature. Make sure to bring a strong insect repellent as you’ll otherwise become a tasty snack for the mosquitos. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Pool area was very disappointing
Basically, don’t believe any of the photos. Everything is a lot more outdated. Rooms are ok, even though the beds are a little hard. The little pool area was just barely functional. The pool itself was so gross it made me gag. Had a layer of white stuff on it and a lot of sand in the bottom. I complained as soon as we got there late at night and they said the cleaning guy would come first thing in the morning to clean it up. Pool was still dirty by the time we checked out and the lady at the front desk just said I’m sorry but since we checked in after 3 (check in starts at 2, btw), when the cleaning guy ended his shift, they had no time to clean it.

We liked the family friendly atmosphere. Each apartment is in a separate house, in a well-manicured garden with barbecuing facilities. It is a short walk down to the beaches. The rooms could be a little better lit, and the air-conditioning was not very effective, but it didn't matter as we were here in the Brazilian winter (Sept). Pleasant breakfast. A stay with character.

Nice hotel centrally located
The individual villas are spacious and is of great value. It felt a bit rustic but can’t be expecting the moon for the price we paid. It’s quiet, yet centrally located. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Pipa
This is one of the best kept secrets in Pipa! A wonderful Hotel that it is really a full service cabin that includes refrigeration, stove, kitcken, outdoor grill and your very own pool & hammock! Just wonderful! Daily breakfast buffet served filled with eggs, sausages, cheese, fresh fruits , juices and breads along delicious Brazilian Coffee. Beautiful green areas and great guest service too.

Perfect location
The hotel is in a perfect location, just a couple of minutes walking from the center of Pipa. All the villas have a small private pool, BBQ, garden and private parking. In the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a toilet, at the first floor there are two rooms both with private toilet and terrace. The space is more than enough, but the furniture, the rooms and the toilet need a bit of maintenance more. Space for breakfast is very small. The staff is very very very kind and helpful.

Bom mas falta limpeza
A estrutura do hotel é bem pensada. A piscina individual por vila é ótima. A vila tem um tamanho bom. O grande problema é a limpeza. O quarto estava todo sujo de terra e areia. O banheiro com sujeira dos hóspedes anteriores (cabelo e fio dental espalhados pelo box). A manutenção não é das melhores. O jardim não parecia ser bem cuidado. O café da manhã é bom.

Precisa de bastante manutenção
Hotel precisa de bastante manutenção, foi uma decepção ao chegar no chalé. Parede com mofo, cheiro de mofo, lâmpada da sala sem funcionar, vazamento no box do banheiro, portas sem fechar, piscina privativa descascando e bastante, mas bastante suja. No dia seguinte nos trocaram de chalé e fomos para um que foi reformado recentemente, aí melhorou. Mas o ponto é que não deveriam colocar o hóspede e sua família em um chalé sem condições, já deveria partir do hotel a iniciativa de oferecer acomodações com condições decentes de uso. O café da manhã servido no chalé é ótimo - embora seja a mesma coisa todos os dias, e os funcionários atenciosos e solícitos.

Falta manutenção no local
O hotel está em condições ruins de conservação. As bordas das piscinas estão quebradas, e as almofadas das espreguiçadeiras em péssimas condições. A churrasqueira estava bem suja e acredito que não é usada há muito tempo. Entre as frutas enviadas no café da manhã veio uma banana com mofo na casca, o que tornou impossível o consumo de todo o prato de frutas (pois as outras já se encontravam cortadas e poderiam ter sido contaminadas pelo mofo). Enfim, o hotel está localizado em um excelente local, possuía uma estrutura ótima, contudo parece que a manutenção foi abandonada pelo grupo SERHS. O ponto positivo do local são os funcionário que são atenciosos e educados, e não tem culpa pela falta de investimento em manutenção do local.
