The apartments are so cozy and clean and very nicely furnished. We stayed in the trendy 5 penthouse which had a nice little balcony and sky lights with shades so it wasn’t too bright in the morning. Kitchen is equipped with all you need plus a tea pot. Silvi and Elka were very welcoming and helpful!

The perfect accommodation base to explore Flanders
Our stay was amazing from the communication preparation for check in and the wonderful welcome from Sylvie. She showed us around our apartment and how everything worked. The place was so well equipped for comfort especially the king size bed. The free parking was just a five minute walk after unloading outside the hotel so no inconvenience there. Sylvie recommended where to shop and eat in the town and a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this hotel and the town of Tielt as a perfect base to explore the Flanders region

Fabulous place
Fantastic accommodation and location. Spotlessly clean. The weather was unusually hot during our stay, so had to sleep with windows open. Sleutelhuys is situated on a small square which is used by buses, so it was a bit noisy early in the morning. Apart from that, our time there was extremely enjoyable and would highly recommend it.

Great Stay in Tielt
Stayed two nights. Tielt is a wonderful little town in the province of West Flanders, Belgium. I was doing some family genealogical research in the area. This little boutique hotel is absolutely excellent; nice rooms, great attention to detail, fabulous location. The hotel owners are fantastic, very attentive and welcoming, plus they have a great knowledge of the area and it's history! I will most definitely return for a longer stay!

Fresh apartment
So much to say! My girlfriend and I wanted to visit Ghent, Brugges and Oostende by our car. Sleutelhuys is in a perfect location, 25 mins far away to Brugges and Ghent and an hour away from Oostende. We slept in the apartment named "Verenhoed". Exactly as shown in the pictures, so fresh, ceilings are very high, a lot of windows, very charming internal desing, comfy beds, very useful kitchen tools, open shower in the bathroom-which is a great idea- all in all it was just so perfect! The surrounding of the house is very safe, in the central of Tielt, the owners are very helpful. If I have a chance again, I will definetly stay in Sleutelhuys.

A lovely weekend in Flanders
The owners could not have been more helpful kind and considerate, making us very welcome and contributing greatly to our stay. Breakfast was delicious. The town is not large and the hotel is close to the market square where there are numerous bars and places to eat. There is easy access from the E40 motorway or from a lovely cross country drive on one of the many back roads.
