"Nice property, very clean. But one of the bathroom 🚿 showershead needed fixing, and I did the reach out to host and the owner, about that. So we just took a shower in the one bathroom that the showershead was working.."

"Excellent property. Closest beach to soak in is Mar Chiquita- super close, can walk there. And playa Los Tubos a very short drive. Beach in front of property is nice to walk and sit and relax. Apartment is in excellent condition. "

"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"Clean place for both myself and my wife. The place is located in Toa Baja. It’s 23 mins from San Juan airport and close to main highways if planning to go sightseeing. According to local friends when it rains it’s a flooding area . However it did rain and nothing happened. The place is not a luxurious one but it works for two people . "

The property is not new so if you're looking for a contemporary "shiny" and "fancy" vacation home, this isn't for you. There is a smell but I believe Jose gives fair warning in the property summary. "The apartment is very nice. Very clean, air-conditioned and peaceful. The hospitality of the owner was great. She was very kind and greeted us upon arrival. Overall, my stay at Family Villa was great. I look forward to booking again to stay in the near future. "Loved the amenities. Properly had a great view. The staff was knowledgeable about the area and helpful. The staff was less then helpful when it came to needs such as extending a night or even simply needing towels for the pool. The front gate guard was so accommodating and had good humor! The guards name was Rudy I believe but made the whole trip."

Casa Grande Mountain Retreat - Adults Only

"A great place to truly unwind, be humbled and appreciate nature .this is truly a place for healing the mind and body as well as get to mingle with a few of the locals . People in surrounding areas were fun and welcoming the weekend yoga sessions were very fun and relaxing. The retreat is plant based so if you’re not familiar with vegan food I suggest giving it a try . If it doesn’t fancy you a 15-20 min drive into town you will find all you need . The staff was very helpful and informative and took very good care of us . I can’t wait to return next year . Thank you again !! "
