"Loved the location, layout and design of property. I would have given it 5 stars, exceptfor the fact that the sofa bed mattress was covered with dog hair and filth from outside. There was also a spot under the sofa of dog barf/pee that needs to be cleaned up. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the place. The deck over river was so nice. I do think their homeowners association really needs to clean up the exterior of the building, and do a total paint job,. Why pay hoa fees if some doesn't go...

"We spent a girls’ weekend at this beautiful cottage in the Highlands. Located a short walk to Mirror Lake, the leaves were in full bloom making the outdoor areas even more enjoyable. The cottage was spotless clean and everything was in great working order. Despite being just a short drive to all the area’s amenities, attractions and restaurants, it was like we were alone in the wilderness. The folks at Evolve were fantastic to deal with…a special thanks to Bee! Bravo!"

"There is nothing more relaxing than walking into a cabin and noting how clean and well-apportioned the place is. "Cabin was private with comfortable beds and a nice view of the creek. We chose this location for access to Helen, Dahlonega, and Tallulah Falls. We had trouble with the internet, Don sent a guy out to fix it. I give it four stars because the outside porch and decks needed some TLC. Overall, we were very comfortable there for the week. "

"The porch was amazing. The bar height rocking chairs were a game changer! The cabin is great. Everything was as described. It’s a beautiful area to stay in. "Have stayed here several times. They have rooms with fireplaces and also suites, which I opted for this time, with 2 TVs and a sofa. There was even a nice view toward town. The pool is heated and there’s a small gym with a couple machines. Easy walk down to Main Street, although there a couple small restaurants nearby. The Hooch is just across the street. Staff here are very friendly and breakfast is adequate. Only 3 floors but there is an elevator. Comfy, but no frills."
