The apartment is located in Tignale-Aer in a quiet location, about 6 km from the lake with a fantastic lake view. The apartment, which is very well equipped and tastefully decorated, is only a few minutes from the historic center, where shops, pizzerias and restaurants are located. There is a large terrace, a large table, chairs and deckchairs available to guests, which invite you to cozy round tables in absolute tranquility.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, grundsätzlich war die Ausstattung okay Die Terrasse ist wunderbar gestaltet und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Zu Sauberkeit der Wohnung: Unter der Spüle/Waschbecken, dort, wo die Abfallbehälter sich befinden, hat es moderig, feucht und muffig gerochen Und das, lag nicht an dem Abfall! Beim erstmaligen betreten der Wohnung, hatte ich auch so einen feuchten Geruch in der Nase, und dachte, das kommt aus der hinteren Abstellkammer, der so genannten Grotte. Nach gutem Lüften war die Luft in der Wohnung wieder besser. Das hatte ich auch dem Agentur Büro mündlich mitgeteilt. Im Bad sind oben rechts um den Lüfter herum, älterer Feuchtigkeitsspuren zu sehen. Allgemeine Anregung An wenigen Stellen auf der Terrasse müssten die Fugen der Kacheln etwas ausgebessert werden. Eine Beschreibung zur Bedienung der Klimaanlage habe ich nicht entdeckt. Ein zweiter Satz Handtücher für das Bad und Trockentücher für die Küche wäre angebracht.

Schöne Wohnung, mit Selbstreinigung
Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit schöner Terrasse und sehr schöne Blick über Tignale-Aer und den Gardasee. Leider war die Wohnung bei Bezug sehr sehr dreckig und wurde von uns erst mal sehr gründlich selbst gereinigt (da Sonntag und Feiertag), dies ist sehr schade, da das Problem sehr einfach zu lösen gewesen wäre. Zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern fehlt eine Tür.

Unser erster Familienurlaub in Tignale
Nach einer problemlosen Anfahrt und Schlüsselübergabe in Tignale, erreichten wir am frühen Abend die Unterkunft, die etwas versteckt aber wunderschön gelegen in den Hängen zw. Tignale und dem Ortsteil Aer liegt. Nachdem der etwas ungewöhnliche Zugang über die Treppe und Terrasse erfolgt war, trafen wir die FeWo in einem sehr guten Zustand an. Die Angaben des Inserats waren korrekt und die Wohnung in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand. Alles nötige ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick über den See ist atemberaubend schön, die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel. Die Wohnung kann uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden. Jedoch sollte bedacht werden, dass bis zum See jedesmal einige Kilometer auf einer schmalen Straße mit z.T. enge Serpentinen überwunden werden müssen. Die Fahrtzeit bis zum See beträgt, je nach Verkehr, zw. 15-20 min. Hat man damit kein Problem, kann man die herrliche Ruhe und Aussicht dieser tollen Wohnung genießen!
