I was leaning more to give is a five star rating but there were two two things to mention here - 1) It's on a pedestrian street where vehicles are prohibited and taxis or Uber can't come. "So many good things to say about Tango de Mayo. Nicely restored historical building. The staff is amazing, the front desk, security, restaurant, housekeeping, everyone. Espresso was excellent. Good food and wine if you want to stay in, great restaurants nearby. Walkable area, easy uber pick up location. Loved it!"

"I had a great stay at Casa Joseph. The place was spotless, the staff were wonderful and the neighborhood was safe and walkable. The only thing that would qualify as a negative was that there was a lot of street noise during the early evening, but by bedtime it settled down. Check out Cafe Pina across the street for a quick coffee, too. I’ll be staying at Casa Joseph my next time in Buenos Aires. "
