"Unique hotel in San Cristobal! Loved the eco-friendly touch and the view when you have breakfast is AMAZING. Harry was so nice and helped us so much during our stay! He booked us our tour and ferry, and even called taxi in advance to make sure we were taken to the right place. He even made us a little to-go breakfast the morning we had to take the ferry. There's a lot of cats onsite, so cute and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Honest review! Could have been three or four stars but owner tried to screw us around. Travelling with my wife, three-year-old and Mom. Booked a three bed room, and even called a month earlier to clarify for sure the booking was for a room with three beds and he said yes. After paying for the room, where he seemed to not know how to use his credit card machine (telling me that he uses the tap function for $1000 transactions)…… and I had to help him by showing him how to insert the card???...

Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). "Awesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part. We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...
