Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
First checkin in took roughly 45 minutes. Then when pulling g back covers to climb into bed I noticed blood all on bedsheets. The tv also did not work and the remote for the heater/air conditioning unit screen was only half working. For what I paid I expected then when I complained to have someone at the very least changing my sheets promptly.. after 45 minutes I went back to the check in desk and was told “we got busy” so now I have to wait for all the other guests in lobby to check in so I can get clean sheets on a room I booked a month ago and checked into 5 hours ago.. the next morning I left $4 American dollars tip and asked the housekeeping for extra towels and of course the money was gone but. O towels.
Overall 3/10 the only reason they got a 3 is because the bartender down in the restaurant/deli was super nice and apologized for the hotel (that he didn’t work for but at least made me feel better after becoming so angry over the situation.
When we come back next week and then 6 times throughout the next 6 months for a dental procedure we won't be staying here.
