"property located in a quiet residential area located at 20 minutes walk from town centre .property is a bid dated and could do with a bit more cleaning .no much water coming for the shower ,bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable and we had a cockroach visiting while we were there .we found a trap under the sink in toilet therefore business must be aware of issue. not many choices for a family room in the area especially at last minute but we won’t return in this hotel "

Only suggestion is to offer fruit, yogurt and perhaps croissants for breakfast as not everyone likes a full English. However, our breakfast was well cooked and delicious. Had good advice and help with parking, as we arrived, which was much appreciated as parking is tight."

"The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area."
