"I rented the property as a place for my immediate family to stay while we attended our family reunion in Iron River and explored the western part of the UP. The house had plenty of room for my wife & me, my mom, my son and his girlfriend, with more beds that we didn't use. The bottom floor is an apartment all to itself. Everything was as described or better. We had everything we needed to make breakfast before heading out, and winding down after a long day exploring. Sitting out on the back deck in the morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee was especially nice. It may sound like the bare minimum, but you can't discount that the beds were comfortable, rooms afforded adequate privacy for a group of adults, and the water in the shower stayed hot with good pressure. I would recommend this place for the location, amenities, and overall well cared for condition."
