"Ours staying in fretzato hotel was nice, it is located in beautiful mountain village. Very helpful and nice staff, we got many useful advices about activities in Elati area. They tried make out staying as much comfortable as possible. And most exiting was sitting near fireplace in the room."

"The staff here are wonderful and the location couldn’t be better. They contacted us prior to our arrival to meet us and welcome us. It felt like they were welcoming us into their home. This place is nestled up on a hill so you overlook the town but are a 5 minute walk to everything. Loved it!! Breakfast was delicious on their beautiful lawn. Highly recommend!! Plus you have your own balcony to enjoy the view as well. "
"Wonderful hotel in great location . Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast choices. Also the real attraction is the swimming pool. However, if anyone at the hotel reads this, you really need to replace those tiny sun lounger cushions with proper full length ones. They are totally not fit for purpose ! Other than that , we had a great stay"
