It would is an old school roadside motel just east of Timmins. While not fancy, it’s economical and comfortable and easy to check in, hit the sack and get up early and back in the road.

Stayed in Room 1. The whole room was a run down DIY nightmare. Plexiglass screwed over the leaking windows, extension cords and makeshift vent fans, loose doorknobs, dirty shower and curtains, loose vinyl tiles on the bathroom floor, the whole bathroom smelled like urine, and the woman in the room next door had a visitor at 1am pound on the door to have an argument about drugs and money, which I could clearly hear through the thin walls. Plus the traffic noise from the 101 is LOUD through the thin walls and crappy windows.

I am going to be honest and say the property could use some TLC, but it had everything one would need, it was quiet the owners were very lovely, and would make sure to ask if we needed anything when they saw us. I was raised right across the street so it kinda felt a little like home to me. I am not disappointed with my stay here, as the price was just right for the amount of time I was staying while visiting family and friends.
