We stayed in room 212 there was a party in the room next to us. They were very noisy until i called the office around 1 am on 1/18. The office did take care of it. Then the toilet was broke and we had to change rooms. The new room was no better. I feel like i should get aome kond of compensation for the terrible experience

The room was dark, no over heard lighting. The shower was very noisy, had 2 different high pitched sounds coming from it as well as the water temperature was just luke warm, but the water temperature coming from the sink outside the 2 pc bathroom was scolding hot. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The wall outlets did not hold the plugs in, curling iron kept coming out and it took forever to charge our phones. However, the staff were nice though. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel smelled like smoke everywhere! I got to the first room and had to reqyest change immediately. Second room smelled like smoke was covered up with scent spray. Even the hallways smelled like smoke. It was almost like someone may have been smoking next to a intake and it was being dispersed through the whole building. The paint in room wasn't even finished at ceiling line. The handle on shower is detached from wall. The only thing that seemed clean was the bed and pillows and surfaces. I definitely questioned this hotel. I visited 2 other hotels in this area and they were in way better shape. I was not impressed with this hotel. I think upper management needs to go visit undercover to see what I am talking about. Staff was very nice but hotel was in rough condition.

The towels in the room had holes, when we asked for new ones there were no clean towels. Which the desk attendant said that the hotel wasn’t even booked up so not sure why. Also no hot water, the shower head fell off and hit my 6 year old in the head, the pool was broken, the juice machine spouts had mildew, there is still much more but it was just all around bad. Oh yeah they also tried to double charge me

The rooms beds were clean no issues there but the floors were dirty, socks and slippers said it all.in our first room there was no water pressure and no hot water, we got placed in another room pressure was a little better but the hot water was very limited and the first night there were kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors and running. Called front desk nothing happened, luckily the next day they left. Building is older and is a bit run down but it’s in a good location a good location and only a half hour from downtown Chicago.

I believe everything was just OK, average. It is a decent hotel for a stay over. The staff will listen and try to address the concern. It’s a lot of traffic in and out. It can be noisy sometimes and some days can be good. I stayed at this hotel for seven nights. You do have to ask for what you need. The staff could be a little forceful concerning the smoking policy it should be enforced. I don’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that., cleanliness is average. Definitely can use an upgrade with furniture and mattresses.
