Beautifull Cycladic villa with mediterranean garden and stunning view on islands of Syros, Giaros Kea and Sifnos. 3 mn from Aghios Fokas beach and 10 mn from Tinos by car, located on a hill in front the sea, make that place unique and ideal for people who desire calm and serenity.
This house can welcome 6-8 persons.
The first floor is composed :
-1 big leaving room with separate kitchen fully equiped (dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwawe, coffee machines, kettle, toaster etc...) and all for cooking and dinning
- 3 bedrooms (1x1 - 2x2)
- 1 bathroom
- small utility room with washing machine, iron .

2nd floor :
-1 big bedroom with a private terrace (sun beds, armchairs and sofa).
- 1 bathroom with shower.

In front of the sitting room, a huge terrace with astone table for 8 persons under a pergola and a small terrace for barbecue.

The property is situated on a land of 4500 square meters, in front the sea, in the middle of the Cycladic nature, with a wonderful sunset.

Traditional Cycladic house with beautiful terraces and garden. It is very close to the beach and the port. Christianne, the owner, is very knowledgeable and gave us valuable information about the island.

Great stay in Agios Fokas
We had a great stay and experience. The house, garden and terrace are beautiful. The location is very convenient. Amazing views on the sea & for the sunsets! Flexible check-in and check-outs. Easy communication with Christiane the owner, who is very responsive. Couple of points worth noting: 1. The landlady's apartment is located below the house. If that matters to you, it is worth checking whether she plans to be around during your stay. 2. Some (cute) cats hang around the house, in case you are allergic. 3. The add says 6-8 people but if you are all adults (and not couples) it can become tricky as the "double beds" are not very large. It is all disclaimed in the description, but it is worth double-checking what would be the arrangement that works for your group. 4. You absolutely need a car to get there, around the island - and even to the beach 3 min away. Overall, I highly recommend Christiane's house. It's a great spot to spend a delightful week in Greece away from the madding crowds - even in the summer!

House overlooks the sea. It has a garden for late nights. It’s close to town for anything. Kitchen is great to cook in. Rooms are perfect for summer.
