Seaside Home 100m from clifftops and walking distance to the beach, huge garden

A charming timber seaside home for holiday let with accommodation for 6 + (maximum 8 persons) within 200m of the cliff tops and sea.

There are 3 bedrooms (all have king size beds and one of the bedrooms has an extra bunk bed also (making it possible for a family)). In addition, there is a very large open plan kitchen dining room and a living room.

The cottage sits in a perfect location at the very end of a track which is for 'coastguard access only,' so no vehicles come down. Beyond the cottage the track turns into a footpath leading directly to the clifftops and coast path.

Outside is a sheltered 1/2 acre garden, planted with lots of sublime planting and perfect for children to play. There is a lovely large patio leading directly from double kitchen doors, to an outside dining terrace.

From the front, you can walk directly to the sea (150m) in 15mins to King Arthur's Castle (and merlins cove for a swim) or the nearest beaches of Bossiney Haven or Benoath Cove (which link up at low tide)

Lovely cottage close to Tintagel
Nice and spacious cottage located 10 min walk from Tintagel and a couple of mins walk to the coastal path which is ideal for those who like a morning walk along the cliffs. The cottage itself is really nicely decorated, we all slept like logs (comfy beds and pure silence at night), the kitchen/diner is a beautiful space opening out onto a big private garden. The owners leave lots of helpful tips/guides and we all really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
