Fantastisch huis.

Prachtig huis, veel ruimte om met grote groep te verblijven, met jong en oud. Ook voor de kinderen was er veel speelruimte. En iedereen genoot van de jacuzzi en de sauna. De omgeving was ook mooi, zeker met de herfstkleuren.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr gut geeignet für große Gruppen. Lärmempfindliche Nachbarn, was jedoch nicht untypisch für Belgien ist. Allerdings hat die Kommunikation dahingehend sehr gut funktioniert, sodass wir problemlos draußen und auch drinnen unseren Auenthalt genießen konnten.

Zu teuer, geschönte Bilder und enttäuschende Vermieter / Too expensive and ugly surprises

Die Fotos waren sehr vielversprechend! Wir stellten aber schnell fest, dass der Billardtisch beschädigt war und nur einen Queue hatte und zusammen mit dem Kickertisch wahrscheinlich aus den 50er Jahren ist. Schlimmer waren jedoch die zwei nicht funktionierenden Heizungen (ist zusammen mit undichten Fenstern sehr unangenehm) und die merkwürdige Raumaufteilung. Die meisten Badezimmer hatten entweder eine Dusche oder eine Toilette. Die Gemeinschaftstoilette beim Gemeinschaftsraum hat nicht einmal ein funktionierendes Waschbecken. Positiv war der Gemeinschaftsraum und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch der Saunaraum ist sehr sauber gewesen und der Pool war ein Highlight, auch wenn auch hier kleinere Schäden waren. Die Sauna selbst war dann aber leider die große Enttäuschung. Funktionsmäßig und auch menschlich. Als wir die Sauna aufheizen wollten, fiel im gesamten Dorf der Strom aus! Später hatte sich herausgestellt, dass elektrische Bauteile der Sauna durchgebrannt waren. Der Vermieter schob uns die Schuld zu, da wir angeblich den Schaden nicht rechtzeitig gemeldet haben (wir haben aber direkt während des Stromausfalls angerufen) und den Schaden durch einen Nutzungsfehler verursacht hätten, was aber auch nicht stimmt, da wir sie nach Anleitung eingeschaltet haben. Es gab keine Übergabeprotokolle und keine Beweise, es wurde einfach unsere Kaution einbehalten und zum Versicherungsbetrug geraten. Ich kann leider wegen der Textbegrenzung nicht mehr schreiben. Aber FINGER WEG! 1/5*

déception

maison vieillotte , rapport qualité prix non justifié au regard des accessoires de jeux : table de ping pong inutilisable, billard avec une seule queue incomplète , terrain de boule très petit , 2 TV qui ne fonctionnent pas , extérieurs décevants .2 chambres au dernier etage sans toilette ni point d eau , jaccuzzi finalement en sous sol contrairement aux photos de l annonce ou il y avait grandes baies vitrées . un WE qui aurait mérité de meilleures prestations . dans les choses positives , la literie était bonne et le salon de grande capacité bien qu il soit extrêmement sombre .

Great Manor for Family

Julien was a great host who was next door if anything was needed. Our families with seven adults and five children enjoyed comfortable accommodations in this nice home. All the amenities were available - hot tub, pool table, foosball table, etc. The home was well stocked with kitchen ware and utensils. We would stay here again during another visit. Thank you ... Fijne vakantiewoning in een mooie omgeving, compleet uitgerust, vooral heel fijn om 2 vaatwassers te hebben met een grote groep. Bedden ook prima in orde . Heerlijk verblijf gehad .

Passend für große Gruppen / mehrere Familien

Wir hatten mit 16 Erwachsenen und einem Kind ein paar schöne Tage in dem Haus. Alle Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, nett eingerichtet und waren sauber. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt hält das Haus was es verspricht. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Beautiful home in a perfect location!

We loved our stay here! The kitchen is abundantly equipped with anything you need, all the rooms were very comfortable and we loved relaxing in the hot tub each evening. With the central location, we were able to spend days in Luxembourg, Germany and France. There are large grocery stores within 10 to 15 min drive or a small, convenience shop 1 min away. And for beer lovers, there is the historic Orval Abby to visit and a fantastic brewery, Millevertus, only minutes away! Our host Julian was extremely responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. This home was absolutely perfect for us!

Massive and only mildly haunted manor, perfect for large groups

Traveling with a group of 6 colleagues, we had more than enough space in the Manoir, including an entire 3rd floor we barely used, a great hot tub approved by the President, and wood burning fireplace, kitchen with a dumbwaiter through to the massive dining table and living room perfect for our Commissioner of Meals. Many of the rooms have an attached shower which was nice, we arranged to have towels and linens provided as we were traveling from North America, and Jade mostly stayed in her room when Steve wasn't taunting her. All rooms had plenty of space, and outlets for charging phones which made the Minister of Dongles very happy. Would definitely stay again, only note that the town mostly shuts down at 7pm, so arrive in time for supplies. Hosts were very accommodating and met us on our way out, arrival and departures were very easy.
