"I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training. I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad, then I asked for an orange juice, when I complained to the manager he literally told me “ this is Algeria! We don’t have a good service “. I asked for the bill and I had to wait also a long time, and the same amount of time to get the exchange. The room was spacious with 2 balconies, but it’s very noisy because the kids are screaming and shouting in the beach, and at night there was some weird guys in the street playing a loud music and dancing.
